We're very grateful for all of the interest in the Canal Lofts! We've been asked a lot of good questions since our launch, so here are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

Is extra parking available?

Each loft comes with one numbered, off-street space in the private parking lot across the street from the Canal Lofts.

Garage parking is available at the Union Station Garage, which is just a 5 minute walk from the Canal Lofts. The monthly rate for a spot is $142.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We allow two pets, one of which may be a dog. Please contact us for complete a complete copy of the pet policy.

Do you have preferred lenders?

We have several lenders who have vetted and approved mortgages for this property. Please contact us and we can put you in touch with them.

What is the reservation process?

With a fully-refundable $1,000 deposit you may reserve one of the available lofts. A pre-approval letter is also required with the reservation. This will hold the loft for 21 days to give you time to think everything through without the loft being sold to someone else.

When will more lofts become available?

As sales progress we vacate more and more lofts so that we have available inventory for buyers to purchase. Which lofts are vacated depends on the terms of the lessee currently living in the space and the inventory we need. Please check out the floor plan section of our website to view all the lofts and learn which have sold or will be coming to market. If you are interested in a loft that is not currently for sale, please contact us and we can do our best to give you an estimated of timing.

Are there lofts available for rent?

The first and second floors of the building will remain rentable apartments. Please contact our leasing department for pricing and availability.

May I purchase a loft as an investment?

We cannot sell lofts as investment properties, they must be used as your primary residence.
